Digital Delivery

Polaris Flow sells digital reports, personalized readings, and online consultations. No physical product is shipped unless a service page expressly says otherwise, so shipping charges normally do not apply.

Delivery Method and Timing

Digital reports are delivered to the email provided at Shopify checkout or through another contact method you voluntarily add to your cart. The standard delivery window is 2-3 business days unless the service page lists a different timeframe. Highly detailed or consultation-based services may require scheduling or clarification before delivery.

Your Contact Details

Please confirm that your checkout email is accurate and check your spam or junk folder. If we need additional birth details or clarification, the delivery window may begin after we receive the required information.

Missing Delivery

If your report has not arrived after the stated delivery window, use our Contact page and include your order number and checkout email. We will verify the order and arrange delivery or another appropriate solution.
