To provide previews, personalized reports, consultations, and customer support, Polaris Flow may collect information you choose to provide, including your full name, birth date, birth time, calendar type, birthplace, selected reading focus, questions, contact details, and any palm images or other materials you submit.

We use this information only to generate or prepare the service you request, fulfill your order, communicate with you about delivery or clarification, provide support, maintain service quality, and prevent misuse. Free preview details may be processed in your browser. Paid services may be processed by Polaris Flow systems and carefully selected service providers that help us operate the store and deliver the service.

We do not sell birth or reading data, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising. We retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the service, provide support, meet legal or accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction, or deletion through our Contact page, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Information may be processed in countries where Shopify or our service providers operate. Please do not submit another person's personal information unless you have their permission. Some outputs may use software-assisted analysis and may be reviewed or refined by a person, depending on the service purchased.
