Refund policy

Personalized Digital Services

Polaris Flow provides personalized digital reports, readings, and online consultation services. Because these services are prepared using information supplied for a specific customer, the following refund terms apply.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation and full refund before work on a personalized report or reading has begun. Once analysis, report preparation, or another personalized service has started, the service is generally non-refundable because it is custom-made digital content.

When We Will Help

Please contact us within 7 days if you were charged more than once, did not receive the purchased service after the stated delivery window, received the wrong file, or the delivered file has a material technical defect. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a corrected delivery, replacement service, or refund.

Online Consultations

Online consultation appointments may be rescheduled without charge when you contact us at least 24 hours before the agreed time. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be non-refundable because the consultation time was reserved for you.

Use our Contact page and include your order number and the email used at checkout. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
